Test Overview of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR)

Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) is a non-specific measure of inflammation, and is not sensitive enough to pick up low-level inflammation such as that which causes arteriosclerosis [Myhill2018, pg 96].
