Working under a subcontract from Defense Logistics Services Command (DLSC):

I used a large stack of technical manuals and other reference books to develop a 1-week course on IBM Systems Network Architecture, and presented the course twice.
Based on my success with the above, my contract was expanded, and I presented 4-day course on DB2 Performance tuning.
